Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between Sociobright Limited (“we”, “us”) and the client who buys our services (“you”). By ordering a service from us, you agree to them. For monthly programs, the Sociobright Service Agreement and your written proposal form part of the same agreement.

1. Our services

We offer two kinds of service. The AI visibility audit is a fixed-price project: metrics for up to 100 direct and indirect competitors across more than 50 AEO, GEO and SEO metrics, a competitive report that analyses them, and a one-hour call, delivered in about two weeks. Monthly programs cover answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, SEO content, link building and digital PR, and technical SEO. The scope, deliverables and monthly fee of a program are set out in a written proposal that you accept before work starts.

We may improve or change how we deliver a service. Any change to the scope or price of a program you already run is agreed with you in writing.

2. Your responsibilities

You give us accurate and complete information, and the access we need to do the work, such as your website, Google Analytics and Google Search Console. You are responsible for making sure your website, your products and the third-party services you use comply with the law.

We use AI tools for research and first drafts. Our editors choose the sources, check the data and sign off every page, but AI-assisted work may not match your instructions in every detail.

3. Fees and payment

Prices exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice where it applies. The AI visibility audit costs 800 EUR. Program fees are those in your accepted proposal.

The first invoice is issued when you confirm the service and must be paid within 10 working days. For monthly programs, later invoices are issued 7 to 10 working days before the end of the monthly cycle and must be paid at least 2 days before the cycle ends. If an invoice is not paid on time, we may pause the work until it is; repeated late payment may lead us to end the agreement.

4. Deliverables and results

We deliver the work described in the audit or in your proposal. Programs include a monthly report and a call to go through it.

Search engines and AI assistants are run by third parties and change often. We cannot guarantee rankings, citations, traffic or revenue, and any projection we share is an estimate, not a promise.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We publish results only in anonymized form, unless you agree in writing that we may name you.

6. Intellectual property

Once you have paid for them, you may use the deliverables we create for you, such as reports and content, for your own business. We keep all rights in our tools, methods, templates and software, including the AI tools we build.

7. Ending a program

You may end a monthly program, in whole or in part, by writing to us at least 11 working days before the end of the current monthly cycle. With shorter notice, a late termination fee of 25% of the previous invoice applies. We may end the agreement by written notice. When a program ends, access to any tools or accounts we provided ends with it.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You will cover our losses and reasonable legal costs if a claim against us arises from your use of the services, your breach of these terms or the law, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it in good faith. If that fails, it will be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

11. Changes and the whole agreement

We may update these terms. We will tell clients with a running program at least 15 working days before a significant change applies to them; if you do not agree, you may end the program at the end of the billing month without the late termination fee. These terms, the Service Agreement and your proposal are the whole agreement between us. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a right does not waive it.
